We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. CANCELLATION: A debit or credit card is required to book all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the appointment value will be charged. Once booked, you are fully responsible for managing, changing and/or canceling your appointments. If you book for an appointment that is less than the 48 hour cancellation window, your appointment may not be cancelled without being charged the Cancellation Fee. Email appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy only and do not impact the cancellation policy. LATE ARRIVAL: To ensure the genuine and comfort of our guests, all appointments begin and end on time. For late arrivals, the service time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be required to pay the full price. In special cases, and when our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and with advanced notification of late arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late and fail to notify me, your appointment will be considered a No-Show and your card will be charged a Cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value. Please be on time to your scheduled appointment. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Our minimum age requirement for eyelash extension services is 18 years of age. 14 and older may receive services with guardian/parental consent. All minor must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian at their first initial appointment. LASH INTEGRITY: At Lena Aesthetics Brows & Lash Studio, LLC, I pride myself in providing the highest quality eyelash extension products and services. Due to wide variation in application products and standards, I do not refill eyelashes that have been applied by other salons. If you have other lashes on, I would be happy to schedule an appointment to have them removed, or you could wait until they have naturally shed before coming in for your full set. NO CHILDREN, PLEASE : While we love children, we respectfully request NO children under 12 while you are receiving service. This is to ensure that your lash artist can then concentrate 100% on you and your treatment, and that every guest within our spa is not interrupted. It is against health and safety obligations to have children in the spa unsupervised. If you arrive with your children without prior discussion with management your treatment may be refused with full cost owing. We thank you for your consideration, co-operation and understanding.
